Business plan for concept testing company

Hi everyone,
I am seriously considering setting up a concept testing business, the reason being there aren't any in my country, so there is a huge opportunity here.
but the problem is, I can't find any information on how to go about it, and what it takes to be successful in this field.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? does anyone know of a similar business plan I can follow?
