Mayor Google Update May 2022 - how to deal with it?

Google is running one of its major updates again. Many are already seeing changes in their website statistics, usually for the worse. Do you have any advice on how to survive this moment? The most frequently repeated are:
- continue creating valuable content
Do you have any other advice? Should the content still be updated during the changes introduced by Google, or is it better to wait until the rollout of the May 2022 core update is complete? How does your strategy usually look during a time like this?
