I know that for payments there are many solutions. There are many services that can handle money transfer to a company account.

But what about the opposite way?

For example: assume that company sale some kind of inner currency that let users to do something within the company platform. Some users on the platform are creators of content on which these tokens can be spend on. Then, the content creator should have possibility to withdraw these tokens as a FIAT currency (like USD).

The questions is: can I manually send money to them (for example: using same PayPal account that is bound for collecting money)? Is it legal? Can I do this without notifying any third party organizations or some tax offices?
