Need a business plan for database web app

My partner and I have been working weekends for over a year to develop this database viewer web app, but we still don't have a solid business plan for it. We are thinking of selling it to businesses for use on company intranets or website hosting services that need to give customers an easy way to view their databases. It is designed for situations where a technical expert needs to give database access to a user that doesn't know anything about databases.
Does anyone have any ideas how we can reach these potential clients and what the best business model would be?
