Profit Distribution
Hello, I'm doing a partnership with several partners, everyone of us is investing 10000 egp where a part of us will work on increasing our capital, while the other part will only participate with the money without doing any sort of effort. What is the percentage taken from the non-working part's profit?

Hi Mohammad Khaled,
My opinion, everyone should share the profit based on capital contributed to the company. If everyone put in the same amount of capital then everyone should get an equal split of profit. The only different is the 'working ones' deserve a paycheck or salary, which the 'sleeping partners' do not.
This is just a guide, in the end, it is up to you and your partners on how to split the earnings. Hope that helps.
