How to transit from seed funding to series A funding

I have an example scenario and would like to know how it works as I couldn't find much information on internet.

I launched a startup and looking for seed funding and there are multiple angels coming forward but asking in between 30% to 45% of my company.

Although I wasn't ready to give away more than 10% of my company for seed stage funding I would like to know in case if I giveaway approx. 49% of my company as a seed funding, how can I ask for series A funding as I don't have much of the share leftover as owner?
