Is there a website/service that offers in depth information about large/popular deals between companies which answers questions like what is the agreed profit margin, number of contractors etc.?

I already contacted several market research companies but they only deal with makro market insights...

I don't think I understand you completely. Sounds like you are trying to figure out the business model of the established/successful companies, so that you can "copy and paste" their model for your business. Is that what you are trying to aim for?
