I have been planning to start a beauty and skincare subscription business in India. Though this subscription model already exists in India, it does not have a huge market base as it is very expensive. I want to introduce natural and cruelty-free products at a affordable price.

Will this type of business model succeed in India?

Yes, it is a common marketing approach. As long as customers need your product/service, they will subscribe to your plan (which is cheaper over the long run). Like 10 treatments for the price of 8.
