Experience in which business function do you think is perceived to be most important for someone who wants to eventually establish a venture fund? I know industry is important but it would be great to get some thoughts independent of industry for the moment.
- Business development
- Business intelligence
- Product management
- Business transformation (basically improvement programmes)
- Operations
- Corporate finance

I would look for someone that has experience with in Business Development or Corporate Finance. Usually Business Development experience goes hand in hand with Business intelligence and Business Transformation.
