Hello! I am planning to start an online website/business. Shopping around for developers/engineers that can help me build the product. However, there are definitely other aspects to a business. Can you please help me with a list of generic things to consider for a startup?

Also, how do you ensure that the tech freelancers/companies you work with won’t steal your idea and launch their own similar platform?
