looking for a co-founder for a footwear brand

I’m building an early-stage direct-to-consumer minimalistic footwear brand Jaggs which is a young and progressive footwear build to inspire a love for human movement. My product helps people restore their health and movement patterns by using the feet the way nature intended, removing aches in the rest of the body.
I am Looking for someone based in the US preferably, with experience in fashion retail industry (preferably footwear), online and offline marketing, copy, growth initiatives, sales and PR. Great communication and persuasion skills. Creative and always into new fashion and business trends. Has experience working in corporate businesses and/or startups. Industry connections is appreciated.
I’m still in incubation phase, I’m aiming to get a first prototype early next year with a first launch thrown crowdfunding next year. I have an investor deck in place, initial product concept, manufacturing/sourcing scouted, and business model overview.
