Meal replacement recommendations?

Hey ! I never end up having time to make lunch/dinner most days but still want to stay on top of my health and not resort to fast food. I've heard people talk of meal replacement shakes and bars and I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? Thanks !

There are services delivering full-day nutrition (up to 6 meals).
As alternative could be snacks and fruits.
Before changing your ration, you should consult with your doctor (nutritionist) who will recommend you one of the meal replacement products. As you have mentioned above, it can be shakes or bars, but still it can not benefit your health for some reasons.
