Staying motivated to stay fit/healthy

I have been struggling with keeping health and sticking to a workout/diet regiment myself while keeping to a busy schedule. What have you biggest challenges been in this regard ?

Do 5-minutes morning exercises, walk as much as possible, try to choose only healthy food (it's possible even in strong time restriction). Also, there are companies providing full-day meals.
If you eat healthy and do regular exercise then you can improve your health. The best exercise is just walk daily for 30 minutes. This can keep you healthy.
It is very important to be motivated otherwise you may not succeed in any task even can't keep yourself healthy.Staying fit is a time taking process which basic requirement is motivation.
Motivation comes from within. Eat healthy , sleep right and engage in some physical activity. You will notice a difference in your life.
Just do the following things-

Stay disciplined. The key to year round fitness is to develop an exercise routine you enjoy and be consistent.” If you're not enjoying slogging it out on a treadmill, don't force yourself. Keep trying new forms of exercise until you find one you actively enjoy.
Push yourself because no one else is gong to do it for you. Great things can never be achieved by staying in your comfort zones. Eat healthy, Listen Music , Read books, Grab content that can inspire and motivate. Read motivation blogs.

I struggle with this as well, I feel tired after a work day even when I have only been sitting at my desk..
The struggle is really hard but fighting the struggle and pursuing it is where the success is. I usually didn't have the time with my work and family but one day I decided to do it and ever since that I have been working out with a perfectly healthy diet. A good strong mindset is all you need to move forward from the state where you are.
The best thing you can do on a daily basis is finding time on learning and self-development, on my opinion, just because your future success depends on you and your knowledge only!
It seems to me that all novice startups for some reason pay less attention to health issues. Be careful! You need to be able to use your resources correctly so as not to get health problems and emotional burnout.
A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing
Discipline and consistency is the tool to it.
