I want to build a freelancing site that offers offline services. I need an advice
I am a Nigerian. I have the intention of building a website for freelancer across Africa to offer offline services. For example, getting an automobile engineer, beautician and other experts connected with potential clients to provide mainly offline services.
The problem is that, I am somewhat confused on how to go about it.
