Advice on Reaching Out to Businesses as a Graphic Design Service

Hi, I currently provide graphic design services to businesses and agencies. While things are going alright so far, I noticed that my earnings these past couple of months have stagnated. As such, I have been trying to reach out to more business and expand my client base, but I'm having trouble getting new projects on board.

How do I obtain new leads and convert them into paying clients? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading!
