OKRs... have you noticed improvement?
Hey there. We're a 60 person company just about to start implementing OKRs at a company level.
I just finished reading "Measure What Matters" and I am really digging it. As a product manager, founder, and software engineer it feels like what Agile has been missing... epics and JIRA are just too complex for middle/ upper mgmt.
Have any of you been practicing OKRs as a entire company for 18 months+? Have you noticed more alignment and less one-off projects?
