SLA sample for DAAS

Hello,

We have a growing startup, we are a Service provider that deploy online monitoring station and collect data on our platform. We would like to propose to our clients DAAS models, I am working on a project for a government client, they want us to write a standard SLA. With the DQ SLA, downtime, accuracy of data (depends of equipment), etc..

I already googled for it but only found Service Provider samples but waswondering if anyone had a good one or advice with drawing one up I would appreciate it.
