TMF (Terminated Merchant File) Merchant Account

When a merchant does not follow the norms of their high risk business and comes across chargebacks in previous processing, payment processor can put the merchant account in the Terminated Merchant File. What’s even worse is the fact that once added into TMF, merchant service provider can refuse merchant’s request to open a new merchant account.
