Backlinks from Guest Posts

I create links on discussion boards, wiki sites, local listing sites (yellow pages), press releases, document sharing sites, brands profiles etc. But I get troubled in guest posts, I wanna create backlinks from the fellow blogs (relevant niche blogs or sites). Can anyone help me in this regards.
