Hey everyone, I have been having a great time reading the forums and have gotten some great ideas, especially when it comes to marketing through social media. We are a brand new fitness LLC. focused completely online. We have a library of video training that ranges from quick workouts to advanced workouts that can all be done in the comfort of your living room, office, hotel room, or anywhere. No equipment is needed. We also are using video conferencing to offer one on one personal training with our team of trainers and registered dieticians. While it is not a completely new idea, this is something that isn't being done to a great extent online. This is perfect for busy moms and others who want to start getting in shape, but can't find time to get to a commercial gym.
