    You can also try the Kanban method. The basic idea of it is pretty easy: all you need is a board divided into 3 categories (to do, in progress, done). Then you put all your tasks into one of the categories. It helps you to stay better organised and focused on one tasks at the time, which eventually leads to the productivity increase.
