    This is awesome. I've actually been writing a long article around creativity and if it can be taught and found another really interesting Ted talk from George Land. He developed a test for NASA to discover who was the most creative or innovative people that could help solve problems and ended up giving the same test to kids and other adults. I won't spoil the video but the results were interesting. Check it out on Youtube if you're interested.
