Team First or Business Plan First?

Hey I need 2nd opinion from you guys who can help. you see I'm still a college student and I'm trying to make my own business. 

I want to make my own Coffee shop, i have all the concept in my mind, but sometimes the concept is too flat. And I'm start to think do I need a team to make business plan or not?
 may be you guys can help me from your experience in starting a business? It will give me a clearer view of what to do next.

Well, if you're a college student, chances are low you can afford to hire a team. If you can find a partner who you're willing to give equity to, and you both understand that you won't be profiting for a while, then go for it. If not, seek advice and help from anyone you can, but you'll probably need to do the legwork.

You can grow your business but need to have some plan ready with the team because a single person funding is difficult and if you are able to do the funding on your own then you can start and find some ideas to explore your business like develop a mobile app which can tell you the cost required for it before starting to develop.Visit LeoTechnosoft mobile lab for developing your own app.

If you are lookin a business partner, first a team. But if you are looking employee, first of all business plan.

Share your ideas with your friends or people you meet, they will help you make your idea more clear or if you don't trust anyone, try to write it on paper, also helps. And yes, I agree with all above comments. Depends on what you want, run a business by yourself or with a business partner?

If you do not have a plan, you can't build a team to believe in the plan. The plan becomes your vision, the vision is what the team needs to see so they can help you build it.

Start with a plan.  Doesn't even have to be a business plan, just an Action Plan of what you need to do, when, and how.  When get to the point where you need a team, you'll know it.
