Hi Everyone, My name is Marcel Peralta and I am looking for a Partner investor to be part of the group that will raise the funding to start up a solid new business which will attack and offer products and services to a unexplored and growing segment in the USA.
The funding is to build up the first and model unit to be replicated for others 80 regions (at least) in the future. Reaching the 80 units (pretty conservative grow planning) the total income is around $ 77M / year with bottom line of $ 23M / year.
The investment per unit is $ 500K and 80% of that is turned at assets.
