I have found since working for myself that I am able to run in the middle of the day. This is fantastic as previously I either had to get up super early or gym late at night. I'm not sure what your business/job is, but if you can get in a routine of doing it in the day it helps. Or has for me at least!

I've been running outside a lot lately! I still prefer to go to the gym and lift instead, but I've been trying to add more cardio into my workout. I'm not entering any half-marathons anytime soon, but maybe eventually.

I have been trying to. A couple of my friends are runners and love to compete in marathons. It is looking pretty tough as I am starting out but I hope it gets better
I realize this is an old thread, but I'd love to hear more from runners here. I run at least five times a week, and I'm a serious runner, too. I run mostly in the mornings. Sometimes if I can't wake up before 6 am, I try to squeeze in an evening run.

I try to run at least 3 days a week. Since I'm working on a computer for 8 hours, I need to move.
Sometimes It's hard to find time, because in the evening I can do my work.
I advise - if you want to run, just do it. Stand up and run.
Yes, I practice it really often! A nice bonus is that when morning jogging becomes a habit, it will be much easier to get up and train in the morning.
Yes, I run everyday and it helps me stay in shape which helps me stay confident and motivated.
