    Fantastic article! I've been doing a lot of research on the length of long form blog articles and have to agree that longer is better in a lot of cases. Particularly if it's cornerstone content.

    I've seen the increase in chat bots but unfortunately it's rare for one to actually prove useful. Most just cause a frustrating experience so I ditch them pretty quickly. One that I continue to like is ProductHunt's which showcases new products they feature. I'm always checking the site anyway so I like the automated way of getting it through the chatbot now.

    I think voice is going to be massive over the next few years. I've noticed the U.S. has got on board really quickly over the past 6 months or so and it's actually a great experience. Australia will be a little slower on the uptake but I'm betting this will be a breakout year for voice.
