This was a great article Meredith. In order to be the most successful in your business you have to be productive. It's the way you go about it that matters. By having a plan in action very day, you know what you need to get done and to work efficiently.

Most entrepreneurs realize that they aren't smart enough to figure out everything along the road to success. Many of them regularly make use of a sounding board – a trusted friend, relative or colleague that they can talk out their ideas with. These are people who can often point out things to consider that the entrepreneurs hadn't thought of themselves.
So think about a habit to plan some meetings more often than you do.

Perfectly written. Thank you. Entrepreneurs don't need to stand still, they must constantly develop and be inspired and motivated. This is the only way to achieve productive results.

In terms of the to-do list, I've been having create success with "To-Doist". Previously, I used WunderList but given that was being shutdown in the near future I switched over. So far - so good. The priority sets and easy date changes help create flexibility. As to the multi-tasking, although it's of course great to turn downtime into work hours, we must all be careful of cell phone addition robbing productivity and creativity (it's not biologically helpful to be "connected" 24/7). "Do not distrub" mode on your Iphone works wonders for creating periods of intense focus.
