I am currently doing a project on university where i have to find new business fields for a current technology in cooperation with CERN. To be specific, it's about CMOS sensors which every camera contains. It measures the spectrum of light and it needs little intensity. Furthermore you can detect particles of plastic in water. The special benefit against other sensors is the radiation hardness. So, the sensor can resist cosmic rays and you can detect electromagnetic waves with a spectrum from infrared to x-rays. The big question is do you have a problem which can be solved by this technology or do you know somebody who is dealing with such a problem or do you know any business field for this?
