Hi guys, I recently launched a new Startup, we're bootstrapping like hell at the moment, doing well but we need more hands on deck, so to speak. We recently recruited one intern working for free (we cover expenses - lunch and travel) but we'd like to recruit more. Where is the best place to advertise? We think it would suit a student/graduate with an interest in the media/film world.

I would directly reach out to universities in the area, and particularly the broadcasting/media programs at said schools, as well as film schools or creative arts schools. Get ahold of department heads and ask them to send out the job posting (make sure you have a job posting created) to their student mailing list, add it to their newsletter, put it on their website, etc. 

If you're looking for freelancers, check out Fiverr, Upwork or Guru.

Maybe you should try to find like-minded people in social media, there are fans of their business, for whom the idea is more important than money.
