Meditation can make a substantial difference to how you operate in the day
I have been meditating for 10 minutes a day everyday for the past 2 years and I can safely say that it changes the entire game. It keeps me calm and makes the decision making process much easier whether it's a small or big decision. It allows you to simplify every situation irregardless of how complex it is. If stress is a huge problem in your life this is a practice you need to seriously look into.
