At this point, your start sending emails about the urgency of the situation and they must get on board, take the paid plan! There are many other strategies that help in getting better conversions. One such is Double Open technique.

The idea of Double Open is not to hit a nail on the user’s head. But sending multiple or variety of subject lines to send the same message. But yes, leverage Double Open feature for the most important goals your have. Not for every email that goes out. You wouldn’t certainly want your users to have their inbox cluttered with your emails! This strategy is specific, so analyse the goals and deploy this!
