Advice about virtual assistance

Hi everyone! I'm in desperate need of some advice. I've heard many pros and cons about virtual assistants. My husband and I are looking to hire one, but we don't even know where to begin to look. Any advice will be much helpful and appreciated.

Gebhard, I agree with Harriet. I have tried Habiliss services for lead generation purpose once and they are good.
