How can I add signature in this community?

Guys I want to add signature just like others who are participating in this community how can I add same as them?

We have a ranking system in place to build credibility. So you must hit 10 relevant posts, by asking questions and providing your expertise, to reach Bronze Member status. In addition to being able to add a signature, you'll be able to add links in posts and send private messages as well. Then there are higher levels of rank after that.
This is our way of making sure people are here to actually transfer knowledge and contribute, and aren't just looking for backlinks. It also adds an element of gamification which our users seem to enjoy.
