How much does links from other countries count?

I have a webshop in Denmark that is doing really great (https://mynewart.dk) Therefor I am currently working on a new shop in Sweden (https://mynewart.se)

Instead of wainting for the webshop to be done, I thought of starting with the linkbuildning now.

Checked your Sweden website, I found it pretty dull uploading only images don't work update some content also, make it more interactive upload more multimedia. My advice is first work on your site On-page they focus on link building activities!

Make sure you have figured out your on-page optimization strategy like keywords, content.

If you know what the keywords you are trying to focus on your new Sweden website, it OK to start the backlink building now. Otherwise, you will just waste your time and energy on backlink building.
