Important Dates to Remember????

Hey guys,

I just started an S-corp not too long ago and wanted to see what the
important tax dates I need to remember. Can someone help me out?

    Ah, the important dates to remember. The fun part about running a business!
    Do you have a CPA? They should be the ones keeping track of these things so that you can concentrate on running your business.
    Getting a CPA was one of the best moves we made, and we are sorry that we didn`t do so from day one!

    I agree, Calvin. As an entrepreneur you should always have at least a
    CPA for taxes and quarterly bookkeeping, an attorney for contract
    formulation and possible litigation, and a good development consultant
    for when really tough situations come up, and to offer friendly advice.
    The two biggest causes of failure in businesses is lack of funding, and
    lack of preparation and planning. Having the right professionals can
    ensure you get the proper planning in place, and they also should tell
    you if you`re underfunded.
