Any ideas on how to attract traffic and clients to Upwork profile (EN/RU translator?)

Hi everybody,
the problem is that Upwork rotates successful profiles like a magician using their own algorithms, hardly ever known to anyone else except them) I know for sure that either Rising Talent (that's what I got right now) or Top Rated badges do not guarantee you a good conversion rate. I'm also sure in my own proficiency (15+ years of practice) as English Russian translator, maybe there's some kind of problem with my profile? Please have a look, maybe I'm losing something out.((
