Thanks, @successfulvibes. While there are certainly different paths to get to where you want to be as an entrepreneur, I think it is much more rewarding to get there through hard work and dedication, rather than having something handed to you.

There is certainly no "magic" shortcut to success. Using your skills to develop a product or service that solves a problem for potential customers is a great approach to getting started.

It's true. You can always talk about doing something, but until you take action, it's just that: talk. Starting can be the scariest part about entrepreneurship, and poses many challenges, but you'll never accomplish your goals by just dreaming.

Thanks for sharing! I actually read it a couple of weeks ago and used it in an article I was writing at the time.

The article just goes to show an entrepreneur has to believe in him/herself. And we all need a little help, no one can do it alone - Jobs and Wozniak style.
