First, kudos on striking out on your own and co-founding a business! First impressions:- I dislike generic stock images. While initially I thought the banner image on home page was stock, after perusing the site a bit I realized the images appear to be of actual team members and clients. Nicely done.
- I was surprised to see all female icons for the 3 segment options on the home page. Those, combined with the color scheme made me think this business is female-owned and geared towards female entrepreneurs. If it is NOT, that may be something to take into consideration. If that is what you're leaning towards, I would encourage you (if you haven't already) to network with female entrepreneur groups/communities regarding your business. The first that comes to mind is "Women Who Startup."
Something small: I don't normally click to photos of events, especially if it isn't an event planning website...but I did end up clicking on your 1 year anniversary photos and I LOVE the "Sunbird's ___ because ____" - what a great way to recognize other community businesses and organizations!
Suggested improvements:- Improve your own social media following. You have 54 followers on Twitter and 125 on Facebook (roughly the same amount of likes). One of the first things I would do when shopping for social media assistance would be to look at the company's own social presence. If they aren't rocking it for themselves, how can I trust that they know how to rock my social media?
