Good day all

I am a Zimbabwean residing in Zimbabwe. I want to start up a media and entertainment company which among other things will mainly focus on local and international news (online for starters) as well as film cinemas, an area which is either virtually none existent or monopolized by one company in Zimbabwe, depending on the City/Town.

I am looking for any guidance, advice or assistance regarding this sort of start up in Zimbabwe.

Hello Abstract Simba,

On the website front, I would really recommend starting off with a personal "Blog." Having your own blog is going to show off what you have, and what you can manage on a day to day basis. Add some YouTube video's in there for even live news, hosted by "You." That way you can get "Your Name" out there. This is a perfect way for you to get branded and be known by the masses. Just keep at it full force, and always push through the hardships and you'll make it!

To start a media and entertainment company you can start your own website, along with writing on daily blogs as this will let people know what you have, and what you can accomplish on a daily basis
