Use lawyer or agent to post jobs?

I'm researching the talent pool in my industry, media and advertising, with an eye towards starting an agency. I'd like to place ads for project-based or contract positions on job boards. For several reasons, I'd like to postpone forming a business entity. Is it possible to have a business attorney post these on my behalf? Or does something like a business agent exist for this and related purposes, some entity whose function it is to act as an intermediary or representative? Thanks.
