Marketing Help Needed

Hello Friends,

I have a website (tianet.us and tianet.us/default.aspx, focus on the former, latter in works) and need help marketing it. I came from an IT project management and software development background and marketing is not my strong suit. The objective is to start with massive captive audience (no cost to them) to eventually creating an entity that is the like of Facebook/Amazon/eBay/Google combined. They said little ambition and massive ambition demand the same effort (each person has 24-hour per day, we r all equal there), so why not massive?
