How the do I find somebody to manufacture a plastic prototype?

I made a very, very rudimentary prototype of my product using duct tape, industrial adhesive, pvc pipe, and a velcro band. I need this prototype professionally made because I am ready to take this thing to the next level. I've been stuck in this hole for about a month now and I'm sick of it. Please give me some advice!

I'm assuming that you are looking for a way to do it on a tight budget (because I always am). If you have a local college in your area, you can reach out to their engineering or even art department to see if one of their students might want to pick up the side project as a way to make a little cash.
