Pricing Strategy for Internet Based Subscription OnDemand Biz
I`m looking for some feedback/strategies for pricing an Internet Based OnDemand Subscription Application -- (like a salesforce.com......it is a software on demand app).
I`ve seen some like webex.com or gotomypc.com give their app away for a period of time in order to attempt to gain market share only to then implement a pay per use or monthly subscription pricing structure -- but I `m not very sure about the risks/strategies of such an approach.
Any feedback appreciated.
