SEO Question - Where to put podcast transcript

Hi - I'm new to the forum and looking for some help:

For SEO purposes, is it better to have a smaller number of pages with a ton of keyword-rich content, or is it better to spread it out to multiple pages?

I have a podcast associated with my website (http://www.speakconfidentenglish.com) and I'm trying to decide if I should put the transcript for each podcast on its own page or add the transcripts to existing pages that are already ranking to help them do even better.

For website you wants to do seo then in the link - url keywords must be important and unique content needed also the key density must be one keywords need for out of a hundred words.
