That can certainly be agreed on. But not all social media channels are the right ones for your business. We are a B2B business and experienced for ourselves that some social media channels work better than others for us.
For example being on Snapchat would do us no good, since it is a heavy B2C presence, which does not help our business at all.
Twitter seems to be a good choice, as well as Xing or LinkedIn in order to "socialise" and connect with your taget audience.
But then again, that was our experience, I believe it always depends on the industry you are in and who you want to reach.
