Good morning everyone! I am new to the website. I am 30 years old and work in the hospitality industry for 7 years. I have decided to create a 10 year goal of opening my own hotel management company. My reasoning is with the new hotel I work for there will be revenue management and general management positions available so I will grow on my career (mainly front office roles in full service hotels, a general manager position at a limited service motel). I would like to find a mentor who can help me create the business plan for my company, as well as answer any questions or provide tips to me. It doesn't matter if you are male, female, young old, if you are looking to share your wisdom I would love to talk to you!
