I own a Job Posting website called Mployd.com where we allow employers to post job ads and job seekers to look for jobs. We are trying to think of an idea for a VIRAL VIDEO any thoughts our suggestions. Keep in mind budget is not that large?

The idea depends on what the message is that you want your potential
customers to receive coupled with the the target demographics. You may
want to do something out of the box but you also don`t want to alienate

I`d suggest either Dailymotion video or Youtube as they have taken great pains to make sure that video can be embedded in just about every sort of web application or site.
I will do some research.
