Corporate Services for a Startup

We have a dormant company in FL that eventually will be used for developing technology products and need a corporate service company who can provide Federal/State Tax filing, registered agent, physical address services, etc. I'm not sure if there's a particular company that works with Startups or in the crowdfunding business. The ones I have checked provide partial services. All tips or referrals will be appreciated. Many thanks!
