Hi there
I am an ESL teacher with huge experience providing mentoring in English in various corners of the world. Lately, I got the idea of starting my own initiative, namely an online language school. I just have that urge to be independent and running an online business of that kind seems like a great idea.
Now, the basic idea is ot create an online platform like this http://www.speak-up.com/. It seems like the company is providing English mentoring online and does it successfully (I saw their name in a few places)
However, can anybody suggest the possible expenses of running an online English scool? I see the investments as follows:
1. Building a website (does it have to be a custom CMS?)
2. Promoting it (AdWords, SEO)
Can anyone share their experienece?
