It totally depends on the kind of business you are starting. The initial steps must be defined according to that, but proper market analysis is always necessary for any kind of business startup.

Prior to starting my business, I'm considering consulting these marketing experts http://thecmoclub.com/ . I read tons of information on how to launch a successful startup. You know, marketing shall begin before a product is produced and shall continue after its production.

It sounds as though market research has already been carried out!

On the technical steps for incorporation, it depends on where your business is located but the best bet would be to consult a company formation specialist in your local jurisdiction.

    Hi Jerry11,

In this point "Regulate the legal structure of business", I was just trying to say that always fulfil and track all the legal needs according to your business type and local government for your business startup in order to ignore legal hindrances.

    What is your business/product/service ?
    Who is your customer?
    Where do they live?
    What problem do you solve?

You must provide more info to get an answer to a wide question Be happy to help!

I believe that there is no strict list as to what you should do in such an order and any other would be bad. As someone suggest i believe that meeting a business consultant may clear up your mind and give you a fresh look on what's coming. Good luck! :)
